Damn! How did this guy get away with this for so long!
If you were hoping to see Drake perform at the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, PA in May, we're sorry to tell you that you won't be - because the shows are a fraud!
Drake's rep caught wind of the scam this week and learned that a con artist claiming to be the rapper's manager, contacted the theater to set the show up, sold tickets and was about to make off with the money. However, now that Drake's team has gotten wind of this scam, the show's have been cancelled and the matter is under investigation. Furthermore, all of the ticket for the show have been refunded and just so there isn't anymore confusion, Drake's rep released the following statement:
?Drake is currently working on his second album and not touring at this time.?
So, if you see that he is slated for a show in Kansas City, MO in June or Chattanooga, TN - don't believe it! (And also, alert the authorities!)
We hope they nail this guy! What a rotten thing to do! Think of all those disappointed fans!
