Bethenny Frankel: Paparazzi were 'like rats' on Miami Beach

Bethenny Frankel caused a photo frenzy last week when she hit Miami Beach in a bikini. And it sent her into a panic.

"You don't understand, I've never had that experience before where I couldn't go to the beach," Bethenny Frankel told USA TODAY's Andrea Mandell while chatting about her new show on Bravo, Bethenny Ever After.

"I went out to the beach and these photographers were on top of my chair. The beach guys were bringing us umbrellas and shoving us in. I've never seen it like that. They were like rats. It was disgusting. They were begging, 'Please let us have a picture of the baby.' I was like, get away from me. I was so upset. I came back, I was like on house arrest in my building. I don't care if it was me five years ago, being single and hot in a bikini -- then I'd be like 'Hey, woohoo!" But with the baby it felt really gross."
