Ecobold today is launching an online marketplace that makes it as easy as possible to buy and sell green products. To lower the barrier of ?going green,? Ecobold hand selects products that keep you, your family, and the earth healthy, and then features one recommended product per day with an informative video review and a steep 24-hour discount. In addition, Ecobold makes it easier to sell green products by offering merchants the best terms of any similar marketplace. To celebrate the launch along with Earth Day on April 22nd, Ecobold will plant a tree for every person that signs up for their free video recommendation newsletter.Going green has gone mainstream, with a reported 64% of the population now actively looking for green products* - and justifiably so. In fact, prolonged exposure of up to 150 chemicals found in many home cleaning supplies are connected to allergies, birth defects, cancer, and psychological disorders.** The result is that the average newborn actually has 232 chemicals in its umbilical cord.*** Ecobold?s mission is to drive an increase in the consumption of safe products by lowering the barrier of both buying and selling green. Their team is comprised of green product experts who research products, investigate ingredients, and record daily in-depth video reviews to educate you on the advantages of buying non-toxic products.
The site currently offers over 1200 green, natural, or non-toxic products from over 50 certified sellers. Any merchant of green products can submit an item for review, and products that pass the site?s strict review standards are subject to just a 10% revenue share (which includes the credit card transaction fee). Other comparable services take up to 30%.
?The goal is to spur growth in both green entrepreneurship and product consumption,? says Steffany Boldrini, Founder & CEO of Ecobold. Steffany developed her eco-conscious lifestyle while growing up on a small ranch in Brazil, and since moving to the United States in 2000 she has devoted herself to creating environmental awareness.

If you've seen The Hangover, you know Mike Tyson has a small, but pivotal and hilarious role. He's not in the sequel, but if you've seen The Hangover 2 previews, you know his infamous face tattoo is - when Ed Helms wakes up with it.
The guy who tattooed Tyson in real life years ago is unamused.
The Hangover 2 Clip - Where Are We?
S. Victor Whitmill claims he created AND copyrighted the tat he affixed to Mike Tyson's face in 2003, and is suing Warner Bros. in federal court.
Whitmill says he's never allowed anyone to use the image and that the studio violated his copyright by using it on a hung over Helms in the film.
In addition to wanting the scenes cut from the film (don't bet on it) Whitmill is also demanding a cash settlement of an undisclosed amount.
No comment yet from Tyson, who remains certifiably nuts for having that design - however artistic - tattooed on his face. His face.

The IRS ain't done with Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne -- TMZ has learned the couple has been hit with a brand NEW tax lien for more than $357k.
The lien, filed this week in L.A., shows the couple still owes $357,070.62 in unpaid federal income taxes from 2007.
The new filing comes on the heels of a $1.7 million lien filed against the family earlier this month ... bringing their grand total of debt just over $2 mil.
Earlier this month, Sharon took responsibility for the tax issues -- saying she was "too involved with myself" to meet with her accountant.
Osbourne adds, "I cancelled two meetings with him over the last 18 months because I was way too busy."

Trading barbs as he immerses himself in the political arena, Donald Trump was on both the firing and receiving end of public tiffs with David Letterman and President Barack Obama over the past twenty-four hours.
The "Apprentice" mogul continued his belittling of the U.S. Commander-In-Chief during an event in Nevada on Thursday (April 28) in which he called Obama "stupid".
Trump told the Las Vegas casino audience, ?Our leaders are stupid, they are stupid people. It?s just very, very sad.?
All of the negative banter seemed to get under the skin of late night talk show host David Letterman, who insinuated that Donald is a "racist" while chatting with his latest guest, Dr. Phil.
?It?s all fun, it?s all a circus, it?s all a rodeo ? until it starts to smack of racism," Letterman told. Then asking Dr. Phil if he considers Trump a racist, the do-good doctor said, ?I do not,? while adding that the self-proclaimed billionaire lacks the quality of thinking before speaking.
Seemingly not in agreement, Letterman then said, ?If he comes back on this show, and I am not sure we want him back on this show under these circumstances, he ought to be prepared to apologize just for that kind of behavior.?

The newly married Prince William's brother and best man, Prince Harry, is said to have planned a late night post-wedding breakfast for royal revelers that includes "bacon butties."
Never heard of the delicacy?
It's a bacon sandwich, and the Brits apparently take it seriously, the The New York Times reports, with some chefs going as far as to test out various preparations.
The best ones, according to the cited study, are made with "crisply grilled, not-too-fat bacon between thick slices of white bread." Check out a recipe here.

Kate Middleton finally married Prince William today - and she did it in style in a vintage Alexander McQueen dress.
Equally stylish sister Pippa, who was maid of honour, also wore an outfit designed by Alexander McQueen creative director Sarah Burton.
Pippa's ivory satin and crepe dress was slinky over her petite frame - and it went perfectly with Kate's vintage gown.
With a sexy cowl neckline, the long dress also featured the same button detail down the back as Kate's wedding outfit.
No wonder Best Man Prince Harry couldn't take his eyes off her!

Competition invites entrepreneurs to express what being a founder means to them
The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation is inviting entrepreneurs to read its "Entrepreneur's Pledge," and express what it means to them for a chance to win a ticket to Big Omaha, a sold-out event billed as "the nation's most ambitious conference on innovation and entrepreneurship," to be held May 11-13, 2011 in Omaha, Neb.
The Foundation created the "Pledge" for entrepreneurs to not only publicly express their enthusiasm for being a business owner, but also to show their support for entrepreneurship as a cause.
Big Omaha's "Express Your Pledge" competition asks entrepreneurs to review the Pledge and explain in 300 words or less what it means to them and at least two ways they could do a better job fulfilling it.
"Like the Pledge itself, Big Omaha's competition gives founders a chance to voice what it means to contribute to our communities and the economy every day, and to have an opportunity to win a seat at Big Omaha," said Nick Seguin, manager of entrepreneurship at the Kauffman Foundation.
More than 500 innovators and entrepreneurs are expected to attend Big Omaha, which will feature speakers such as Shervin Pishevar, founder and CEO of Social Gaming Network, and Sarah Lacy, senior editor at TechCrunch.
Competition entrants each must complete an online application . Entries are due by April 29, 2011, and the winner will be announced the week of May 2. The winning entrant will be responsible for all travel expenses.
The Entrepreneur's Pledge:
I aman Entrepreneur.
I amfollowing a dream, pursuing an opportunity, taking charge of my own destiny.
I ambringing something of value to society, making a job for myself and for others, and creating wealth that benefits my family, my community, my country, my world.
I amone of a movement of millions of entrepreneurs and innovators who made America great, and who will continue to keep our economy going...and growing.
I amwhat I am because many people have helped me along on this journey.
Therefore:
I willtell my story, sharing my successes and failures, so that others taking the entrepreneurial path can learn.
I willstrive to mentor an aspiring entrepreneur.
I willmake my voice heard by those who make policy decisions that affect me and my business.
I willappreciate and celebrate my accomplishments, and the accomplishments of all my fellow entrepreneurs.
I willgive back to the society that helped me to be successful.
I willBuild a Stronger America.

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers have subpoenaed Sony for the raw footage from the "This Is It" rehearsals to show the jury ... Michael Jackson was a physical and mental mess before he died ... TMZ has learned.
We've learned Murray's lawyers want the tapes to show Jackson was slow, lethargic and weak in the days prior to his death. Although some of the video shows an alert MJ, other portions, we're told, clearly show something is wrong with the singer.
Murray's lawyers want to show jurors in the manslaughter case ... Michael was ill or even dying before the fateful morning ... so it wasn't really the June 25 Propofol injections that killed MJ.

Talk about the king of the road.
At roughly 3:35 p.m. (right on schedule!), after celebrating the first of three receptions at Buckingham Palace today, newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton swapped their open-air carriage for a vintage, Seychelles blue (hang on, is that a honeymoon clue?!) Aston Martin DB6 convertible as they made their way back to St. James's Palace for a well-deserved, however brief, respite.
Keeping with the duo's DIY attitude, there were no chauffeurs or ride-along bodyguards for their quick cross-Mall jaunt?just a giddy young husband driving home his beaming new bride.
And just when we thought it couldn't get any cuter, we caught a glimpse of the rear license plate: "JU5T WED." But what about that red, heart-surrounded "L" on the front of their ride? What could that possibly stand for?
MORE: It's not over yet! Check out our royal wedding day schedule for a glimpse of what's coming up!
Love? Loyalty? Lasting marriage? Lord thank you it's almost over?
Even better: That emblazoned "L" stands for "learner's permit." Which means William may be an heir to the throne, but you still don't want to get stuck behind him in traffic.
"It was Prince William's idea to drive his new bride away from the official reception on their first journey as a married couple to his family home," a spokesman for the royal family said.
As for the rest of the car?which was a 21st birthday gift to Prince Charles from his mother Queen Elizabeth?British patriotism once again reared its decorum-loving head, as red, white and blue ribbons were tied to the bonnet (that's the hood for us Yanks) of the vehicle. Heart-shaped balloons, said to be tied on by Prince Harry and other family and friends, as well as balloons bearing the initials "W" and "C" were also attached to the rear of the car. (What? You expected them to go the tin can route?)
For the ride back to St. James's, Will changed out of his comely scarlet red uniform into more comfortable clothes (not Kate, she's rightfully getting every minute she can out of that dress). As orchestrated with military precision as the day needed to be, there was one event not on the itinerary for the couple that transpired as they left the palace grounds.
As a surprise for the duo, Wills' Royal Air Force compatriots timed their departure to match up with an RAF yellow rescue Sea King helicopter flying overhead.
The duo will rest up at St. James's before making the short trip back to Buckingham Palace around 7 p.m. London time, when they will appear at a dinner-dance reception hosted by Prince Charles. Their car ride back will likely mark their final appearance of the day. So fashionistas, keep watch. Looks like there's gonna be another wedding outfit on the way!
VIDEO: It's the couple's second departure of the day. Check out the duo leaving Westminster Abbey as a married couple!

According to ABC News, the gown features long sleeves, an ivory and lace bodice and 58 gazar and organza covered buttons down the back. Middleton also wore a short lace veil and a tiara, while her hair remained down.
The world has been waiting for months to see what Middleton would wear when she walked down the aisle and the bride's choice didn't let the masses down.
Fashion expert Tim Gunn called the dress "ravishing," adding that "she is not disappointing."
Some of Burton's other famous clients include Sarah Jessica Parker, Cate Blanchett, Kate Moss and First Lady Michelle Obama.

Few probably remember 2006's Hoodwinked.
But Hoodwinked Too!Hood vs. Evil is memorable for being one of the most obnoxious animated movies of recent years. If ever there was a movie that should have gone straight to video ? or better yet, never have been made ? this is it.
The title hints at the collection of gratingly bad puns that run rampant in this frenetic jumble of a film. The story, which spins off traditional fairy tales and is interlaced with pop culture, borrows from Shrek, Over the Hedge and many other animated movies of the past decade.
Hayden Panettiere is the voice of Red, a feisty martial artist in a crimson cape. She's training with a covert group called the Sisters of the Hood. But she's forced to stop before she's fully trained when the Happily Ever After Agency alerts her that a witch (Joan Cusack) has kidnapped Hansel (Bill Hader) and Gretel (Amy Poehler). Also in peril is Red's Granny (Glenn Close). Red joins Nicky Flippers (David Ogden Stiers) for a rescue mission.
It's too bad an eclectic cast with such talented comedians as Poehler and Hader is wasted on a story dogged by a manic pace and 3-D technology that hardly comes into play. The cringingly unfunny dialogue is so sub par, some Robin Williams-style ad-libbing could have really improved things.
The computer-generated look of ceramic toys that come alive is off-putting rather than endearing. Worst of all are the dated, corny jokes referencing Silence of the Lambs,Happy Days and Goodfellas.
The kidnapping of Hansel and Gretel is nonsensically connected to a coveted recipe for a special truffle that, when eaten, conveys unparalleled power.
* out of four
Stars: Voices of Hayden Panettiere, Glenn Close, Patrick Warburton, Joan Cusack, Bill Hader, Amy Poehler, Cheech Marin
Director: Mike Disa
Distributor: The Weinstein Company
Rating: PG for some mild rude humor, language and action
Running time: 1 hour, 25 minutes
Opens Friday nationwide
On one hand, Red is being taught martial arts and encouraged to flex her muscles and find her own path.
But the whole story comes down to the baking of a particularly potent chocolate confection. Hansel and Gretel, after sampling the truffle, become gargantuan.
A toothless moral about not making a pig of oneself is slapped on near the end, to little effect.
Take the kids to see Hop again, or Rio, but steer clear of the humorless Hoodwinked Too!
The movie's witlessness is as astounding as its hyperactive pointlessness. Who would think an animated story starring fairy-tale characters could be so grim?

On Thursday's American Idol, the six remaining finalists will be cut down to the top five ? but who will go home?
All of the contestants ? Jacob Lusk, Lauren Alaina, Casey Abrams, Scotty McCreery, Haley Reinhart and James Durbin ? pleased the judges with their tributes to Carole King on Wednesday's show.
Randy Jackson was so impressed with Durbin's gentle rock take on "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" that he said, "This guy just might win the whole thing."
After landing in the bottom last week, Lusk performed "Oh No Not My Baby" with some bouncing dance moves.
"It's about time you shook your tail feathers," Steven Tyler said. "When you strut like that, that's the magic."
Alaina, who was tickled to meet Miley Cyrus, sang a sweet version of "Where You Lead" and brought "tears to my eyes," Jennifer Lopez said.
McCreery, who was criticized last week for appearing complacent, stepped it up with a slowed-down, country version of "You've Got a Friend."
"You never sang better," Tyler said.
Reinhart sang "Beautiful" and thrilled the judges. "I just saw God," Tyler said. Lopez singled Haley out as "one of the best voices" of the season.
And finally, Casey Abrams performed an energetic and colorful version of "Hi De Ho." "You definitely found your niche," said Tyler, adding that it was "the best mother ? (pause) ? lovin' show I've seen."
With so much praise it's hard to know who will be called out on Thursday's elimination show, which airs (8 p.m. ET) on Fox.

Proving yet again he's a modern prince of a guy, William -- on his last night as a bachelor -- surprised adoring fans a short time ago by talking a "walkabout" on London's Mall area.
According to the Mirror, the prince unexpectedly left Clarence House at around 8:30 p.m. and walked out into the street to shake hands and pose for pictures with thrilled onlookers who are gathered there. Many plan to spend the night to ensure they have a good spot to see William and Kate Middleton when they return from Westminster Abbey after their wedding. William's brother, Harry, was with him on the surprise stroll, as were two security guards. It all lasted about 10 minutes.
Sky News is airing cellphone footage of William and Harry chatting with the crowd. A well-wisher told best man Harry, "Your mum would be so proud of you!"
As for reports of possible rain, Harry laughed and said, "Whatever the weatherman says, it'll be the opposite."

Fans have waited years to see Bella and Edward tie the knot, and for the wedding scene, and for the Breaking Dawn sex scene, and for ... well, everything.
Like Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 2, the end of the Twilight saga - split into two parts this November and next - will be a bittersweet affair.
In Entertainment Weekly's new cover story, the three stars of the franchise reflect on its epic conclusion, which proved equally climactic for them as well.
Read the full story here and see dueling EW covers below ...
Coming this fall: Love, sex, death and one very strange baby.
To hear the stars tell it, Breaking Dawn Parts 1 and 2 involved brutal, globe-trotting shoots and scenes far darker, bloodier, and more polarizing than before.
The birth of Renesmee, says Kristen Stewart who appears with Robert Pattinson on one cover, "is really effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face."
If audiences haven’t matured with Twilight yet, they’re about to grow up fast.

ST. JOHN'S, Antigua -- A pristine stretch of beach in Antigua and Barbuda once frequented by Princess Diana and her young sons will soon bear the name of the late British royal, officials said Wednesday.
A three-mile (nearly five-kilometer) beach boasting powdery soft sands and tall coconut palms on the southern end of the once British island of Barbuda will be renamed Princess Diana Beach during a ceremony July 1 ? the day she would have turned 50.
Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer's Cabinet recently approved the proposal from the Barbuda Council to rename the beach for Princess Diana, who died at age 36 in a 1997 Paris car crash.
Dorcas Beazer-Williams, tourism chairwoman for the Barbuda Council, said Wednesday that the panel hopes that Princess Diana Beach "will serve as a reminder of the hope and courage which is a significant part of Diana's legacy."
"Barbuda became a sanctuary for the princess, and she seemed to find solace in the beauty of the island," Beazer-Williams said.
Colin James, chief executive officer of the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority, said that "from a tourism standpoint it puts a spotlight on Barbuda with all the hype with the royal wedding."
Princess Diana's eldest son, Prince William, will marry Kate Middleton in London on Friday.
Some 1,900 people have been invited to Westminster Abbey for the highly anticipated royal nuptials, much like the 1981 wedding of Prince Charles and Diana in St. Paul's Cathedral.

LOS ANGELES - The superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District says he wants to stop offering chocolate- and strawberry-flavored milk to students as part of an attempt to curb childhood obesity.
Superintendent John Deasy appeared with celebrity chef Jamie Oliver on Tuesday's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and said he will recommend the ban to the board of education by July.
The second-largest U.S. school district clashed with Oliver last fall when the British chef wanted to shoot his reality TV series "Food Revolution" at Los Angeles schools. The ABC program is focused on making kids' lunches healthier, but the district objected to having TV cameras in schools.
Deasy says he is concerned about serving flavored milk to students because of its additives.

SAN ANTONIO ? Just 1.7 seconds is all that remained for Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker in what has been a wasted and humiliating dud of a playoff run.
An undrafted rookie didn't let them go down that quickly.
Catching the inbounds pass with 1.7 seconds left, Gary Neal forced overtime with a spectacular 3-pointer in the face of O.J. Mayo as time expired, and the top-seeded San Antonio Spurs staved off elimination by stunning the Memphis Grizzlies 110-103 on Wednesday night.
"It felt good. I knew I had good legs going into it," Neal said. "It felt good. I followed through and it went in."
The eighth-seeded Grizzlies still lead the best-of-seven series 3-2. They will host the Spurs on Friday night, but left town knowing they missed a knockout punch.
"They're down by three, you've got to run them off the 3. You can't let nobody shoot an open 3," Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph said. "You've got to contest the 3, you've got to deny the ball."
The straightaway 3-pointer was the second of two remarkable San Antonio baskets in the final 2.2 seconds of regulation. Manu Ginobili, who scored 33 points, hit the other with a long corner jumper while falling out of bounds in front of the Spurs bench, in what was originally ruled a 3.
A video replay confirmed Ginobili's left toe was on the line. That left the Spurs still trailing 95-94, and after two free throws by Randolph, San Antonio needed another miracle.
Ginobili? Parker? Duncan, in perhaps a repeat of his memorable tying 3-pointer with 3 seconds left against Phoenix in the 2008 playoffs, before the Spurs went on to a double-overtime win?
Nope.
They drew it up for Neal, a 26-year-old rookie and former European journeyman who the Spurs signed this season after giving him an audition on their summer league team.
"You really don't think about the magnitude of making or missing it, you just think about trying to get the best shot that you can get," said Neal, who finished with seven points. "It went in today, but I think it's the best shot I could have got in that situation."
Randolph led Memphis with 26 points and 11 rebounds. He scored 18 points in the fourth quarter and overtime, but the Spurs assured a Game 6 in the overtime behind Parker, who scored 6 of his 24 in the extra period.
Only eight teams in NBA history have ever come back from a 3-1 deficit. The Spurs, who were the NBA's winningest team for most of the season, are desperate to join that list in what may be their last good shot to win a fifth championship in the Duncan era.
Memphis remains on the verge of becoming just the fourth No. 8 seed in NBA history to win a playoff series. Not since Golden State upset Dallas in 2006 has a No. 8 seed toppled a No. 1 in the first round.
Marc Gasol had 11 points and 17 rebounds for Memphis, while Mike Conley scored 20 points and Sam Young added 18.
Duncan began the game in vintage playoff form, looking keenly aware of the stakes. He scored 11 points in the first 9 1/2 minutes, but scored just two the rest of the way. He had 12 rebounds.
Randolph, whose 3-pointer at the end of the Game 3 win gave the Grizzlies the momentum, hit another big shot with 13.7 seconds left in regulation. His 18-footer over Antonio McDyess put Memphis ahead 93-91, prompting Randolph to put his finger to his lips, hushing the crowd.
But the Spurs weren't going down that quietly.
"Come on, we're on the road. It wasn't going to be easy," Grizzlies forward Shane Battier said. "And we needed 48 minutes. We didn't need 47 minutes and 59, 58 seconds and three-tenths. We needed the full 48 to get it done."
Only 2.2 seconds is all the time the Spurs needed to make not only two of the biggest shots in this series, but in the NBA playoffs so far this postseason.
First up was Ginobili who, after snatching the ball following a botched, up-for-grabs inbounds pass, pivoted frantically to the corner in front of the Spurs bench and made a difficult shot while falling toward the baseline that initially looked like a 3-pointer.
The Spurs ? and a crowd that included signs reading "The Dynasty Lives" ? thought Ginobili's incredible fallaway tied the game. But after a lengthy video review, the officials reversed it.
That still left San Antonio down one point, and Randolph stretched the lead back to 97-94 with two free throws. So with their season on the line the Spurs turned to Neal to try and send the game to overtime.
Neal caught the inbounds pass 3 feet behind the 3-point line, then squared up with Mayo running toward him.
The rest is now part of Spurs history.
"It's hard to beat Tim Duncan's 3 against Phoenix. Because Timmy's a terrible 3-point shooter," Parker said. "It's hard to beat that one, but it's definitely up there. It was definitely a crazy game. Especially like we made two buzzer shots: Manu and then Gary Neal."
Notes: The Spurs are 2-7 in the playoffs dating to last season. ... San Antonio avoided being eliminated on its home court for the third consecutive year.

Chris Brown could be the poster boy for guys who are not marriage material just yet.
But rumor has it that the 21-year-old singer is engaged to his model girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, 22, and that he popped the question over the phone!
Well, Tran was by his side throughout the whole Good Morning America debacle last month, so did Brown figure he better lock this patient hottie down, ASAP?
Hang onto your Zales receipts, kids, because this rumor is...

So false!
"It is not true," Brown's rep tells E! News.
Not that Brown shouldn't find some happiness in the romantic department one day, but it could be argued that the F.A.M.E. hitmaker doesn't seem ready for marriage.
Explaining what was going through his mind last month when he threw a chair at a window after GMA cohost Robin Roberts inquired about his history with Rihanna, Brown said he "just had to release the anger that I had inside me because I felt like I worked so hard for this music and I felt like people keep trying to take it away from me.
"So, yes, I got very emotional, and I apologize for acting like that."
Apologies are good, not throwing the furniture is better. But at least any future Mrs. Brown doesn't have to worry about his ex coming back into the picture.
